SPR # MDLS4ALMRM - API programs can now open documents in MIME format by using the NoteOpen flags OPEN_RAW_RFC822_TEXT, OPEN_RAW_MIME_PART, or OPEN_RAW_MIME exposed in the SDK in nsfnote.h. If these flags are not used in when calling NSFNoteOpen, the document is opened in backward compatibility mode by conversion to Notes Rich Text format.
